How to make easy and inexpensive palmar inserts
Scars on the palmar side of the hand are difficult to manage, and pressure garment gloves alone cannot give sufficient pressure. In this video, Yu-Li Sung (PT) explains how to make simple, inexpensive yet effective palmar inserts using jeans fabric.
